This guy/gal (I am not 100% sure even though I've seen this person many a time now)
sets up a mic and portable amp opposite Studio Alta near Shinjuku Station's East exit afew times a week.
He/she is a very special character indeed, and the songs he/she sings are even more spectacular!
It's a kind of metal, punk, j-pop fusion with at least one or two serious technicolor headbanging sessions for each song. The voice is a high pitched scream / wail...
The average Japanese businessman doesn't quite know what to think...

Like how you sandwiched him between the business man on the right and the guy in the car left... nice contrast to the static and confused looking people either side of the point of focus, makes him stand out more.
