This guy/gal (I am not 100% sure even though I've seen this person many a time now)
sets up a mic and portable amp opposite Studio Alta near Shinjuku Station's East exit afew times a week. He/she is a very special character indeed, and the songs he/she sings are even more spectacular! It's a kind of metal, punk, j-pop fusion with at least one or two serious technicolor headbanging sessions for each song. The voice is a high pitched scream / wail...
